Our Mission and Vision

Upon successful acquisition of the majority shareholding our goal is to build a vibrant, successful, and sustainable football club that our fans and the local community can be proud of. Our vision is to drive the club forward as far as it can go in the football league whilst remaining sustainable and community focused.

Four Pillars

We will achieve our objectives by adopting the following core principles:

  • Putting the supporters and stakeholders at the heart of everything we do and striving to deliver exceptional communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and work to an achievable, effective, sustainable, and dynamic business plan that maximises our assets to deliver success.

  • Work in close partnership with the local community, organisations, supporters’ groups and businesses.

  • Maintaining and enhancing, where possible, the pathway from pre-school to first team for both male and female teams.

The East Fife Supporters’ Society promise to:

  • Recognise that it is an honour to act as custodians and guardians of East Fife FC.

  • Work positively together in the best interest of the football club and its supporters..

  • Communicate effectively with supporters and listen to their views.

  • Treat all fans, staff, management, players, and partners with respect.

  • Act as swiftly as possible to put things right if they go wrong.

  • Support, foster and nurture talent within our community football groups.

  • Be a club open to all and recognise and utilise the talent, skills, and knowledge of our supporters.

  • Consider the local and wider environment in all that we do.

  • Work constructively with local community partners and businesses..

  • Proactively encourage diversity and stamp out all forms of discrimination.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to all staff.

By delivering on these promises, we will have a club with a renewed sense of positivity, belonging and hope. We firmly believe that everyone within the local social and business communities can have a role to play as we embark on this journey.
